Organised and coordinated by FNM volunteer Mr Stephen Loades; twice a year he and several other volunteers lift, wash, dry, count and bag the loose change thrown into the Norwich Castle Well. 

All proceeds are banked into FNM funds, which ensures the money goes towards helping to support the 3 Norwich Museums.

The count on Saturday 30th March 2019 raised £509.40.

If you would like to volunteer to help at the next Well Count, please join us on Saturday 6th July 2019, at Castle Museum starting at 10 am.  This is likely to be the last well count for a while before works to the Castle begin and the well is out of action.
